Some days that could go wrong end up going so right!

Yesterday, I took the GREs. Yes, they were hell, but at least they are OVER! Since it’s computerized, I also got my scores right away for the Verbal and Math sections (although I’m still waiting on the Writing section). I got a 1320!!! It’s weird, but I did better on the math than the verbal, probably because of all that studying I did, haha.

After I finished with the GREs, I went to pick up my new glasses. Now, it seems really nerdy I’m sure, but I am SO EXCITED for these glasses. I may have splurged a little (or a lot) on these totally adorable Prada glasses. Woooooooo!

Last but not least, I celebrated my GRE success at a friend’s “Halloween Hangover Party” and despite not knowing a single person there (other than the friend who invited me), I met so many awesome people and had a GREAT time!!! It’s been so long since I’ve been to a party where there were people I didn’t know (the danger of being a senior who’s partied for too many years, haha) that it was awesome to meet so many fun new people … and get to know my friend a little better! I didn’t really get a chance to hang out with him much until the end of the party … well actually that makes it sound like he ignored me, which he didn’t, he kept trying to get me to play pong, but I had to drive home so I’d started slowing down, so it’s my fault we didn’t really get a chance to see each other until just before I rolled out. Still, fun party!
